Was scheduled to deliver in 72 hours, but after waiting all day on the day of delivery, I called to ask at around 1530 and was told delivery would be delayed for another four days. They were unable to deliver on the next scheduled delivery date, and the 'owner' (Mr. Eldari) was yelling at me over the phone while I inquired about when my car would be delivered. Customer service rep was brief and harsh, refused to provide a name, employee number, or reference, and seemed unconcerned about their lack of support; likely language barrier, as customer service rep was extremely accented and kept repeating the same lines regardless of context. -takes more than twice as long as the contracted transportation time. -no communication to inform me of the delay. -refusing to offer contact and/or reference information.
