“ Northwest Express Trucking has been nothing short of a disaster for me. 1. Without my knowledge or approval, the driver on this route took my vehicle and drove it from Marysville, WA to Vancouver, WA (200 miles) to pick up the business truck. 2. During transit, the frontal lower fascia was damaged. The lower splitter was destroyed when I took the vehicle out for the first time following moving (three weeks later). I contacted the company's owner and discussed the problem with him. He told me that there was almost nothing he could do to help me at this time. The car in question is a 2016 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S. The purpose of this review is to provide information to any potential clients in order to assist them in making an informed decision. My insurance company is covering the cost of the losses, so this experience is coming to a close. All records relevant to this occurrence have been kept, and all assertions made have been supported by proof. ”
