They refuse to tell me where my automobile is or who is in possession of it: First and foremost, the driver was unable to pick up my car for transportation (he never answered his phone), therefore I was forced to drop off at their office. As stated in the email, I called the day of estimated delivery to obtain the driver's information so that I could schedule a time to pick up my automobile. After waiting all day for a call, I finally got a call claiming the truck had broken down and that he didn't know what automobile I was talking about because he didn't own it. I called their office and they couldn't tell me who had my car or where it was. They stated a local transport would deliver it, but they haven't given me any information about the new person who will be taking my car from wherever it is. They have poor customer service and workers who are difficult to grasp.
