“ DO NOT USE: My family hired Smart Talk Transport to get an auto transporter to drive from New York to Florida in January. Smart Talk's first allocated driver failed to show up at the time or on the day that Smart Talk had scheduled. We didn't get an update unless we contacted, and every time we did, we were given an explanation for why the driver hadn't arrived yet. The autos were eventually not picked up for days because the driver refused to come pick them up. For a few days, the second driver refused to pick them up. In addition to scratches, the driver who picked up the automobiles injured the area where the side and undercarriage meet, causing material used to make the car dangle to be ruined.”
