We employed White Hawks Auto to transport our car from California to Indiana. It was harmed during transport. The back spoiler vanished altogether, leaving only damaged metal and wiring. The back hatch has become misaligned. We were certain that our insurance claim would be honored because the driver recognized the damage on the Bill of Lading. A $1300 repair bill later, and we're still fighting with them to get them to recognise the claim. Our spoiler, according to the manufacturer, was blown away by the wind. The visible paint transfer on the roof and the exterior door (which has since developed mechanical issues) indicate otherwise.Our spoiler is a 'loose part,' according to them. How can this be true since the manufacturer installed it on our vehicle (which is less than five years old)?
