“ I wanted to send an automobile from Florida to Illinois, but I didn't obtain a refund. The cost of transportation would be split between two people. When I spoke with a transport representative, I was given an estimate and told that a deposit was required to be delivered, with the balance due upon delivery. So, on my end, I paid $100.00 to start the process on April 27, 2018. Less than 24 hours later, on April 28, 2018, I called and notified the representative that I had to cancel due to the other end's lack of funds.Yellow Brick Transportation's representative assured me that there would be no issues and that the reimbursement would be processed on Monday. Today is the 24th of May, 2018. When I call and ask for the last four cards used and the name on the card, I still get no refund. I give them that information, and they tell me the same thing: the refund should arrive in 5 to 7 business days. If we count business days, we've been waiting for a refund for a total of 27 days.
