Any follow-up with the end user or the manufacturer should be scheduled two weeks ahead of time. The arrogant broker on the phone was unpleasant to both the driver and the department head at the factory, to the point where she commented on how harsh and gruff he was to both of us after the broker hung up. She gave confirmation that it was really gone weeks previous to my company's assignment as we reviewed paperwork. This broker, or any customer-facing business for that matter, has no business operating in this industry.”
