They were initially quite responsive, but as soon as payment was given to them, their behavior changed. Nobody can provide you with updates. I'm led to believe that the person who sent my vehicle (Matthew) is now a manager and can no longer assist me, despite the fact that other employees have no meaningful information on my shipment. They corresponded frequently and sought urgent responses before payment was delivered to these folks, just like a genuine corporation would. That is precisely what con artists will do.
