I paid on November 25, 2020, and he has yet to provide me with any data on what "when" it would be picked up or what the ETA is. I was given the phone number of another trucking company, indicating that he is a broker and does not own a business. They told me that I would have to wait until after the holidays because they couldn't "fit" my truck onto the trailer. I encourage that anyone who has been wronged by this person contact BBB Canada, the Atlantic Trucking Association, and the Canadian Human Rights Commission other governing bodies Hopefully, if enough people speak up, guys like him will be shut down. To cut a long story short, pay someone else to save you time. P.S. Don't be fooled by "a family business," like I did. ”
