Truckers Choice 101 is a Houston-based trucking and transportation company. Mr. Carlos Catala, the company's owner, has been named as the primary contact person. They've been in business since 2005 and transport autos and commodities all around the country. Truckers Choice 101 transports automobiles, trucks, SUVs, recreational vehicles, and motorbikes. They also provide training courses for anyone interested in working in the transportation industry.
These one-hour live training classes run a month and cost $300. They also have YouTube videos available that provide clients with a variety of tutorial classes. Truckers Choice 101 also assists people with obtaining MC numbers from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and USDOT registrations from the United States Department of Transportation. Truckers Choice 101 does not have a working website and is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. They also don't have any information on their fleet. Their FMCSA and US Department of Transportation registration numbers are likewise unavailable. Mr. Catala has been accused of taking paid for trainings but failing to follow through with the instruction.
