“ I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after my bad experience. They are the most unprofessional and horrible firm I have ever encountered. They simply did not show up on the day I needed my car picked up. When I contacted, I was told that someone would be there within an hour. The next contact I got was from the driver, who was seeking to schedule a pickup for the next day. They were also as obnoxious as they were inept. Do not entrust your vehicle to them!”

“ My customer's 2019 Porsche Cayenne was picked up and transported from New York to California by them. They picked up an automobile on a different truck and transported it to Pennsylvania before loading it onto another truck to bring it to California. This car had barely 30 miles on it when it arrived in California with a damaged oil pan. I don't know anything about that, said the delivery driver. When we contacted dispatch, they advised us to pay the driver and that they would file a claim with the insurance company. The customer spent $2250 on the car's repair. We contacted insurance to file a claim, and the response was that the claim would be denied since the deductible was $2500. Zen has been contacted once more and continues to claim that it is not their responsibility.On top of that, they refused to refund our $150 broker fee. This organization is really dishonest, provides poor customer service, and is extremely rude. I would strongly advise against using these. Please do your homework before hiring them to transport your vehicle. A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.”

“ Zen Auto Transport helped me get my car from Seattle, Washington to Maryland. The lower part of my front bumper got snagged on a component of the transport "rig's" ramp during delivery (in my presence), causing it to distort and peel paint. Fast forward to when I spoke with Sasha Margasak (a Zen Auto Transport manager), who flatly denied my charges (despite the fact that she wasn't even present at the time) and told me to "F' off" before hanging up the phone. When selecting auto transportation companies, be cautious. Especially if you're working with Zen Auto Transfer, who will deny any responsibility if your vehicle is damaged during the transport, loading, or unloading process. As a result, you're on the hook for the repair bill."”
